Robe of Winter (Balanced) and cold frost frozen passives (Upgraded)

Baby, it's cold outside ! *

A new cold-themed Robe, Robe of Winter, with 3 simple passives :

• Temperature Adjustement - vanilla - same as Wavemother's Robe - gives resistance to cold and fire damage.
• Winter Retribution (1d4 cold damage to melee attackers)
• Icy Revenge (1d4 cold damage to spellcasters)

Mourning Frost staff passives are upgraded :

- Heart of Ice now deals 1d4 cold damage instead of 1.

- Insidious Cold now CHILLED with con-save 18 instead of 12.

Upgraded frost set :

• Coldbrim Hat (Helm) gains Heart of Ice in addition to its passive.
• Winter's Clutches (Gloves) gains Heart of Ice in addition to its passive.
• Snowburst Ring gains Heart of Ice in addition to its passive.
• Flail of Ages now CHILLED with con-save 18 instead of 12.

Various passives with  Encrusted with Frost are upgraded and now triggers for all targets instead of 1 :

- Coldbrim Hat passive

- Winter's Clutches passive

- Snowburst Ring passive

- Markoheshkir : Kereska's Favour : Frost of Dark Winter.

I simply removed the properties of all these passives, and it worked :

Special Bonus :

 Ice Knife could be cast at will for free with The Frost Prince amulet. So you could test all triggers passives with cold damage and /prone condition.

Conclusion :

 Ice Storm will trigger  Encrusted with Frost  for EVERYONE ! Spellcasters will  that.

The Hat triggers with a lot of conditions !! For examples :

• Classic conditions like poisoned, frightened, hypnotised ....

• Prone (bash from shields, ice surface from cold spells)

• A lot of spells' conditions (guiding bolt, spirit guardians, edvard's black tentacles.... so many more...)

• Ranged Attacks and Ranged Spell Attacks act as a mysterious hidden condition... Eldritch Blast... so crazy !

• and many more, It's insane, I discovered that during testing phase..
